Four Seasons Cairo Capital project is located in a premium location in Madinaty, the project consists of the hotel's main building, ballrooms, spa, lakeside restaurant, the kids for all seasons (KAFS) & ancillary buildings.
The project shall be constructed over a 200-acre plot of land within Madinaty.
The Hotel consists of Lobby Wing, Guest Wing, Conference/Meeting Wing, and two circulation towers inter-connecting the Guest Wing and the Conference/Meeting Wing with the Lobby Wing.
The Hotel Wings comprises basement floor, ground-garden floor, ground floor, mezzanine floor, and three typical floors.
The underground Parking covers an area of 24,000 m². The Ballrooms cover an area of 7500 m² with an attached underground kitchen connecting with the underground Parking. The SPA consists of basement, ground, and first floors with a footprint of 1600 m².
